Everyone Needs To Have A Diet Based On Their Particular Needs, But As Far As A Book, 'the South Beach Diet' Is Pretty Good. It Explains Why High Glycemic Foods Can Be Bad When Youre Trying To Drop Body Fat, The Need For Protein, And Which Fats Are Good For You.

It Also Has Some Interesting Recipes, And Thats Great If You Are In A Rut. A Grilled Chicken Rut.

It's good to hear that the book isn't a bunch of BS or anything. I have heard about these diets and some make quite significant claims. Here are the other diets listed on the main content site:

You really can't lose much in 24 hours as some of these diets would suggest! People want immediate results, but that is just crazy...
