I would begin with a 3-4 day per week workout program as outlined here:

I would recommend hitting each muscle group one time per week. Larger muscle groups such as
back,
legs, and
chest do not need more
training than that, but smaller muscle groups such as
biceps,
triceps, and
calves could probably be trained twice per week if you really wanted to. This would be an adequate training plan, and use your judgment to guide you through any changes to the program as time goes by.
