sure I bet there are plenty Matt , but that question should read ... What type of women are attracted to this ...

anyone and everyone that comes to this thread is here for reason ... and it's not to admire or discuss "posing suits" ... I am not saying anything is wrong with that but come the fuck on already ... seriously ... can we begin at some point to pay attention to the REST of the board ... there's tons of things that can be posted and discussed ... this is retarded , plus I don't think the thread title describes the content and there are surely people who have been offended by coming here expecting to see posing suits and be visually shocked by the LACK there of

the mod here sucks = TRUTH
so I don't expect this post to stay up for long

How about offering something constructive, instead of bitching at the moderators?
How about doing something yourself, instead of whining for others to take the lead?
How about taking a little initiative, instead of throwing a tantrum about the things you don't like?
How about starting your own stupid thread (or forum, for that matter) if you don't like the direction this one is going.

Bitch and moan all you want, but it won't get you nuthin.

How about your need to reply here Thom with an "H" ?

Words of wisdom

This is a wonderful thread. People seem to have lost track of its subject, however.
Here are a few words of wisdom concerning the subject of whether posers will get smaller or disappear altogether:

1. Posers are as small now as they will ever be. Even the morphs in this thread "dwarf" the reality of how far real competitors will go.
2. The only way posers could get smaller is if competitors had smaller penises.
3. The thong may be tolerated but will never be compulsory as some competitors don't have the glutes for them.
4. Professional bodybuilding competitions will never allow nudity for several reasons.
The sport would loose its respectability and be undistinguishable from a sex show. Without the covering,
it would be assumed that contestants are also judged on penis size, penis shape and general pleasant appearance, scrotum size,
hair trim, foreskin (pulled back or not?), state of turgidity and other extraneous considerations.
5. It is in the interest of all bodybuilders to keep their sport respectable and not "shit where they eat".
Most bodybuilders can hope to derive some form of revenue from the admiration of other men.
Actually, some would say that most bodybuilders can only hope to derive some form of revenue from the admiration of other men.
This takes the form of private websites where "more" is shown to paying customers, posing for photos or magazines in the nude,
appearing in "lifestyle" videos with or without nudity, appearing in solo videos and a whole range of legitimate activities that include
private body worship sessions for the richest customers and fall short of appearing in hardcore heterosexual or homosexual videos
with actual partners.

According to the market, good-looking, masculine, heavy-set and in shape competitors can aspire to all of these.
For certain parts of that market, being well-hung is essential, for others (that include body worship) penis size is immaterial.

But the one thing the sport of bodybuilding can't afford is competition nudity. The sport would loose its appeal in the long term
and run in trouble with the law. The bodybuilding federations exist to further the contestants' careers, not to hinder them.
Bodybuilding has survived steroids because (1) they made the attainment of unheard-of size possible and the sport more spectacular and
(2) they made, for better or worse, the attainment of professional appearance more of a possibility for a larger number of people.

But bodybuilding could not survive nudity. That would be like removing all mystery from the sport.
Even the paying customers like to hunt for what they're after.
And even Rusty Jeffers knows to change his name to Carl Hardwick when he gives his public what they really want and he rakes in the rent money...

And Iana Ionut knows to change his name to Yummi Cosmin when he takes off that tiny poser...

Baracine,

These are indeed "words of wisdom" you've posted, regardless that they are basically just an expression of your opinion. Much of what you’ve written here reflects my opinion regarding the viability of mainstream nude bodybuilding contests. They probably will never happen and maybe shouldn’t. However, one might consider that anything is possible, after all in a different time, the Greeks competed in the nude in sports events. Personally, I agree that since one’s penis is irrelevant to their muscular development since it is not a muscle and therefore cannot be developed as such….if the could be, there would be some really giant penises out there, mine included!

The fact is many of the skimpier posers posted here and elsewhere are merely proof of the fantasy aspect involved since they appear to be morphs. I’ll probably get some flak for making the statement about morphs. I’ve been criticized in before for suggesting some posts were actually morphs….folks do like to hang onto their fantasies, don’t they?

Your suggestion that nudity in bodybuilding contests won’t happen because of legal reasons is really dependant on state laws. In Oregon, where I live, both male and female strippers are allowed to get totally naked on stage in bars. This varies from state to state of course. Interestingly enough, a few minutes ago there was a news story on the television about “lingerie shops” and erotic massage parlors where the help parade around outside in very skimpy lingerie while engaging in simulated sexual acts with each other. Apparently that is not against the law either.

You just confirmed my point: Can you imagine if bodybuilding contests had to be held in the restricted and shady confines of massage parlours? That would be the end of the sport, commercially. ("Would youse like to be seated in the soap handjob section, sir?", asks the officious doorman, while pocketing your tip.)

But I think most of the sane posters on this thread agree that there has always been a strong sexual component to the sport of bodybuilding for at least 200 years and that that sexual aspect has mostly affected men, whether they are in denial about it or not. Most sane bodybuilders recognize that aspect and make a living from it (from Eugen Sandow merchandised by Florenz Ziegfeld on to this day where Brad Hollibaugh fucks his wife du jour online for the paying gay members of his website http://www.mymusclevideo.com/system/view.jsp?vid=3958 ). The history of gay porno is intimately linked to the sport. Bodybuilding is the goose that keeps on laying the golden eggs and nobody wants to kill that goose. Bodybuilders have always had two publics: the official sports fan crowd who supposedly emulate them, spread their reknown or elect them as governor of California and the general public who secretly - or not so secretly - desire them.

That is the subject of this very interesting blogspot which explores the "official" and "adult marketing" aspects of bodybuilders' lives: http://www.musclemenexposed.com/?zx=97712a8111e1bf9b

Competitive Brazilian bodybuilder Flint Stoker (with sleeve tattoo painted over in competition and bare for his adult male public):

I said earlier that the only way posers could get smaller is if penises got smaller. A case in point, this mad Russian, Alexander Tumeshavion, tries to fit the most amazing endowment in the tiniest poser with results that can only attract attention:

Another case in point is Nicu Giurgi, who put the "hung" in Hungarian:
