Does It Realy Work And How ?
At this a Moment I would like to start a diet that would help me loose at least 20-30 bls so far I have tried many different diets with somewhat results but I would like something more real I have a bit high colesterol , like to ask , How is it that they say eggs are bad for your colesterol but in this diet all I see is people eating lots of eggs, how is it going to affect my colesterol
