Ronnie Coleman competed in the 2002 Mr. Olympia Contest at a body weight of 245 pounds. Then at the 2003 Mr. Olympia Contest he competed at 287 pounds. Talk about a huge difference. Granted, half the problem from 2002 was that Ronnie overdieted. In any case, these pictures really say a lot.
