All right. All done watching it. First impression: too short (50 minutes), but I love the way it was edited (music, humor), he looked huge, stronger than I had expected (one arm t-bar row = 7 plates), looks like he brought up his arms, legs and had a seriously W-I-D-E back. Loved the high school kid puking after his leg work-out. ROFLMAO. Can't say anyone can learn anything regarding diet or nutrition. Did learn a few new exercises though 7/7 and pulldowns using a cable cross machine. There were some extras. Great pictures of him and his wife Barbara, and trailer for the next movie. It was definitely enjoyable, just seemed too short. I would have liked to seen more diet and nutrition information. Another plus, there was no sponsoring or plugging ads (Muscletech). I'd give it an 8 of a possible 10.

I have to say that I definitely enjoyed the DVD. I am so happy he ditched the striped shorts (I know...but I'm a girl, we notice those things

. Had to laugh at the poor kid throwing up though. Great strength shown with your his arm t-bar rows. I too would have liked to have seen more of the Pro BB lifestyle (ie: diet, nutrition, etc.) Like Michael, I learned a new exercise ... cable cross pulldowns. I already have trained with 7/7 only thing is I wasn't allowed to pass off the bar to the trainer. I had to hold the bar during the second count . Pictures in the extras were great. The trailer was a tease. I think a trailer in that length would have been great for this DVD as the one used to sell this one was like 5 seconds long and took 10 minutes to load (Exaggerating slightly)
Smith machine squats with 6-7 plates, one arm t-bar with 7 plates, shrugs with 7 plates, dumbbell presses 100lbs, hell on any machines he used he pretty much used a full rack. Shit, he went heavy on everything he did!
