A split in the aortic valve? Is this the same condition as aortic stenosis? If so it could possibly be drugs...what was he working out that day too? I would suppose heavy wide dips could cause this.
Too many variables to be sure. Most likely, a mixture of most if not all variables in play.
I would say that is more than likely! Even if this heart ailment was bound to happen eventually, going to the extremes in bodybuilding obviously didn't help Kris.
Although the drug "backers/users" will underplay the role drugs played, non-users usually do the opposite.
Regardless of what caused it, I wish him the best!

I'd like to say, let's give him the benefit of doubt........but you never know with these guys.....
poor Don Youngblood was an obsessive mess. too bad, because he was a nice guy. he was diabetic with other health problems. his ego wouldn't allow him to cycle, so he was on all the time.
