fit for life diet
I followed the fit for life diet for many years, lost a lot of weight, especially the stomach, problem with it is, no pizza (starch and protein combo), but healthy salads with protein are great or starch with a salad is great with vegetables, I just need to get back on it and stay on it, lots of energy while doing it also, once in awhile is ok to cheat but after a while it becomes a pattern

Wow, after 4 years activity.
I am new here, and i started this diet, 4 days ago. I have read pros and cons, mostly cons about it too, I wanted motivation, support and more tips about it, but still haven' t found that.
I have done this diet sime 4 times in teh past , very popular in my country.
I have now gained 10 pounds (160 lbs, 162 cm, 42 age) and i really must work strong.
What i really want to know si it healthy, what is unhealthy and other things.
Hope for find more info here;
Thanks, Jackie
